We currently ship our legal gift items through the shop within Germany and will soon also offer shipping to many EU countries and non-EU countries. Until then, you are very welcome to order for deliveries outside of Germany through our Project Bloom Etsy Shop .

Q: How long does the delivery take?

We pack and ship your order usually within 1–3 business days . The delivery time within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days . At certain times (e.g. Christmas), Deutsche Post may take longer for delivery.

Q: What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs start from 0.95 € (letter shipping, e.g., for individual legal postcards) and depend on the size & weight of your order. The exact amount will be calculated automatically in the checkout . 👉 Free shipping from 59 € order value.

Oh no – we are sorry! Please contact us within 3 days after delivery with order number and photos of the packaging/item . We will take care of a quick replacement or a refund .

Q: How does return & exchange work?

You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt. As a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of returns, and they must be borne by you. If you have questions about our products before purchasing, feel free to contact us here . Personalized products are excluded from exchange.
