Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, which is however not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the contract, we will refund you all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by you), within fourteen days of receiving your revocation declaration.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used, unless something else has been expressly agreed upon.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
You are obliged to return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the declaration of revocation.
As a small business, we are currently unfortunately unable to offer returns free of charge. Therefore, you as the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.

A loss in value must only be compensated if it is due to handling that goes beyond the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning.
