We pack and ship your order usually within 1–3 business days . The delivery time within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days . At certain times (e.g. Christmas), Deutsche Post may take longer for delivery.

Oh no – we are sorry! Please contact us within 3 days after delivery with order number and photos of the packaging/item . We will take care of a quick replacement or a refund .

You can return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt. As a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover the costs of returns, and they must be borne by you.
