General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop (hereinafter "Shop").
A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for private purposes. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of a commercial or self-employed professional activity.
The presentation of the products in the shop constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the ordering process and confirms the button "Buy".
The contract text will be stored after the conclusion of the contract and sent to the customer by e-mail.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal information.
All prices quoted are final prices including statutory value-added tax.
Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which are specified in the product description.
The available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments) will be displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer bears the additional costs incurred.
If an item is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. Payments already made will be refunded.
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
The statutory liability for defects applies.
For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery.
For consumers, the statutory regulations remain in effect.
German law applies.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory provisions of the consumer's place of residence.
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
