Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver within Germany as well as to the countries specified in the shop.

  • The applicable shipping costs are indicated on the product page or during the ordering process.

  • The delivery time within Germany is usually 3–5 working days. Deliveries abroad may vary. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

  • If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately. Amounts already paid will be refunded.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or non-collection, the customer bears the costs incurred.

 

Returns

  • As a small business, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. The return shipping costs are to be borne by you as the buyer. 

  • Please return the goods to the following address:

  • Please send the goods well packaged, ideally in the original packaging, to avoid transport damage. 

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition for us to refund the full purchase price.

  • Unfortunately, damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
